Supporting an insurer in the launch of new insurance offers in a servicing / open insurance logic, in partnership with non-financial players

We supported the Offer and Marketing Department in order to :

  1. Design an offering of the highest standards, enriched with numerous services.
  2. Be recognized as the leader in customer experience, advising and collaborating.
  3. Successfully launch this new showcase offer and shift focus towards marketing the flagship insurance product (Homeowners Insurance).

Our client, a bank, wanted to launch a new, innovative Home insurance offer that met the best market standards and was common to all of its banking distribution networks. The design of this offer was accompanied by a complete overhaul of the customer and advisor paths.​

Ideation (3 months)

  • Benchmark of offers and services.
  • Definition of insurance coverage: customer segmentation, pricing strategy, workshops for guarantees’ selection…
  • Definition of services: 
      • Choice of innovative services and sourcing of partners.
      • Digital services, proposed in an Open insurance logic.

Conception (7 months)

  • Detailed design of the offer (with different formulas) and pricing.
  • Design and implementation of the journey (subscription journey, contract management, compensation, etc.).
  • Implementation of services (call for tender, partner selection, business plan, path, contracting, training, etc.).
  • Definition of objectives and management methods.

Deployment (2 months)

  • Deployment strategy: planning, pilots, marketing tools, training and support plan for employees.
  • Definition, implementation and follow-up of digital marketing actions.
  • Customer satisfaction monitoring system (surveys, NPS, etc.).
  • Optimization of customer journeys (analysis of tagging plans, evolutions, etc.)​.
  • In-depth knowledge of the property and casualty insurance business.
  • Ability to accompany the client through all phases of the project: from design to market launch​.
  • A mastery of the partnership approach and open finance use cases.
